MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

            As a student we should have the objective and target what we want to achieved in the future. This is very important to ensure we would try our best in each thing we have to do. As a student UPSI’s that will become future teacher, Teaching philosophy is very important to our career as a teacher because it would help us in the process of teaching and learning in classes. Besides that it also will guard and show us how to develop communication skills especially with the students.

            Firstly, I want be a great and responsible teacher. So I must be an educator that know all my students personalities and their background. When I know their personalities or attitude, I will detect the suitable techniques should be use to teach because all of the students have their own technique to study. Moreover, this technique will ensure the process of teaching and learning will proceed effectively. Additionally, I have to build a good relationship with my students. As a teacher we should know a little about their personel life and their problems. When we know their problems we can try to help them or motivated and encourage them to facing all the test wisely. Then I would try to avoid attitude that comparing the ability of students with the other. When we always comparing the ability among the students, some of the students that have lack or low abilities in certain thing will be unmotivated to success.

            Secondly, I have to explore and search the good methods, teacher should use to transfer the knowledge to the students. I have to use creative and interesting method to attract students for example by using animation, multimedia and group work to stimulate process of learning. As a modern teachers, we should master to use technology at the school to prevent the studentsleft behind from the technology world. One of the way to ensure the process learning and teaching occur perfectly, we have always make a lesson pelan before come to class. Lesson plan will help teachers focused to the main objective in the class and to enactive the learning process will go by smoothly. In addition, as a teacher we are the role model of our students, so we need to show a good attitude in front of them. Show them to be a great person not only success in academic but attitude also very important to pass our journey of life.
